Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Ind Ops Private Limited (“Futueor” or “Futueor India”).

Futueor endeavours to ensure compliance of the high standards of privacy and confidentiality of the personal information entrusted to it by the clients and other business users, as required by the laws applicable to it, and has framed the privacy policy set forth hereinafter (the “Policy”) in consonance with the said principles. This Policy governs collection, use, disclosure, storage, security and disposal of personal information.

The Policy is in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules 2011 (the “IT Rules”) contained in the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Indian legislation).

Personal Information: Purpose of Collection and Use

Futueor collects and uses information (including relevant personal information) from its clients and other business users. This information is collected and used for specific business purposes or for other related purposes designated by Futueor or for a lawful purpose to comply with the applicable laws and regulations. Futueor shall not divulge any personal information collected from the client, for cross-selling or any other purposes.

The authenticity of the personal information provided by the client or other business user shall not be the responsibility of Futueor.

Any information which is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be considered as “personal information” for the purposes of this Policy and Futueor shall not be responsible for the same.

Disclosure of Personal Information

The personal information collected by Futueor shall not be disclosed to any other organization except:

  1. where the disclosure has been agreed in a written contract or otherwise between Futueor and the client/other business user;
  2. where the disclosure has been agreed in a written contract or otherwise between Futueor and the client/other business user;
  3. where Futueor is required to disclose the personal information to a third party on a need-to-know basis, provided that in such case Futueor shall inform such third party of the confidential nature of the personal information and shall keep the same standards of information/ data security as that of Futueor.

 

Reasonable Security Processes

Futueor shall take reasonable steps and measures to protect the security of the client’s personal information from misuse and loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Futueor maintains adequate its security systems to ensure that the personal information of the customer is appropriately protected.

Futueor takes all reasonable measures to ensure that its employees and agents respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Futueor.

Amendments

Futueor reserves the right to change or update this Policy or practice, at any time, with reasonable notice to its clients, and shall make the updated Policy available on this website to ensure that the clients are aware of the nature of information which is collected, the purpose for which such information is processed and/or used by Futueor, and the circumstances in which Futueor may disclose it.
